Sample (optional)
For first-time buyers we provide product samples for evaluation — typically 1-5L per product, paid by buyer if a paid sample but credited against the first commercial order.
Purchase order and payment
Standard terms: 30% advance, 70% on dispatch. For programme-supply contracts: end-of-month invoicing against monthly delivery.
Dispatch
Karachi same-day, Lahore / Islamabad / Faisalabad 24-48 hours, smaller cities 3-5 working days. Documentation (SDS, COA, weighbridge) accompanies the consignment.
Post-delivery technical support
Dosing questions, application guidance, troubleshooting tied to product performance — included in the supply relationship at no separate fee.
What this typically costs.
Pricing varies by product and volume. PAC (powder, 30% Al2O3) typically PKR 120 – PKR 165 per kg ex-Karachi at full-pallet quantity. CPAM PKR 950 – PKR 1,400 per kg. RO antiscalant UN-307 PKR 580 – PKR 750 per kg. Bulk and programme-supply pricing materially below these levels. Detailed quote on request.

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
Distributor — but as the sole Pakistan agent for Shaanxi Ande and Innovative Water, we have an exclusive relationship with the manufacturers and access to their plants and engineering teams that a normal distributor would not. We do not manufacture chemistry ourselves; we engineer programmes and supply chemistry made by partners we vouch for.
Can I buy directly from Shaanxi or Innovative Water?
Technically yes, but practically the manufacturers prefer to route Pakistan business through us because the technical backstop and after-sales engineering happens locally. For larger campaigns we sometimes facilitate a direct relationship while staying involved on technical support.
Do you handle import documentation?
For DDP terms, yes — we handle import duty, sales tax, port handling, and inland transport. For FOB or EXW terms, the buyer's clearing agent handles documentation and we provide commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and SDS.
What's your typical credit term?
Standard 30/70 (advance + dispatch) for one-off orders. 30-day open account for established programme-supply clients with 6+ months of trading history. We do not extend 60- or 90-day terms — Pakistani banking and currency volatility makes that uneconomic for everyone involved.
Can you supply private-label chemistry?
On larger volumes (typically 5,000+ kg per product per order), yes — we can arrange private-label packaging at the Shaanxi facility. Adds 4-6 weeks to lead time and a label-design step.
