ETP chemicals in Pakistan, bundled under one accountable supply chain.
PAC primary coagulant, CPAM flocculant and sludge dewatering aid, and AD-402 non-oxidizing fungicide for the equalisation basin. Sole Pakistan agent of Shaanxi Ande Technology. Buffer-stocked in Karachi, factory COA per batch, and a written dosing programme sized to your effluent profile. The procurement officer signs one contract, gets one phone number, sees one invoice.
Five reasons to consolidate ETP chemistry under one vendor.
Most Pakistani ETPs fragment chemistry purchasing across three or four vendors per duty: one for coagulant, one for flocculant, one for biocide, one for the sludge dewatering aid. Each vendor shrugs when the others' work doesn't hold. Bundling collapses that.
Three chemistries, one accountable supply chain.
The default ETP package below is the Textile ETP Programme baseline. Pharma, pulp-paper, and municipal duties shift the chemistries within the same bundle (different CPAM cationicity, alternative biocide rotation, additional pH-correction chemistry).
| Chemistry | % active | Dose | Feed point | TDS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PAC (coagulant) | 10% Al₂O₃ liquid | 60 to 250 ppm | Rapid mix tank, before pH correction | PAC |
| CPAM (flocculant) | ≥ 90% solid | 0.5 to 4 ppm on liquor; 1 to 10 kg/dry-tonne sludge | Slow-mix flocculation tank, after PAC | CPAM |
| AD-402 (biocide) | 15 to 20% | 30 to 80 ppm shock weekly; 10 to 25 ppm continuous | Equalisation basin, ETP recirculation loop | AD-402 |
Optional add-ons by duty: AD-303 corrosion inhibitor on metallurgy-sensitive sites, UN-307 antiscalant on ETP-with-RO-polish duties, alternative biocide rotation (chlorine/bromine) for high-organic-load equalisation. Specified during the commissioning audit.
A Faisalabad textile dye-house consolidated from three vendors to one.
The mill was buying PAC from a Lahore agent, CPAM from a Karachi distributor, and biocide from a Faisalabad regional sales rep, all on different invoicing cycles and different lead times. Each vendor shrugged when settled-water turbidity climbed above 50 NTU. We jar-tested the AAS bundle (PAC 180 ppm + CPAM cationic-60% at 2.2 ppm + AD-402 shock 50 ppm weekly) on the dye-loaded effluent. COD dropped from 1,800 to 540 mg/L post-clarifier, sludge dry-solids climbed to 26% on the belt press, and procurement consolidated to one PO per quarter.
An IPP in Punjab on cooling-blowdown ETP.
The plant runs a 60 m³/hr cooling-blowdown ETP into a tertiary polish before discharge. The chemistry was a domestic Karachi blender's PAC of variable assay (6 to 11% Al₂O₃) plus a flocculant of unknown MW from the same source. We switched to AAS bundle on Shaanxi Ande material with fixed COA. Settled-water turbidity stabilised under 25 NTU, residual aluminium fell from 1.2 ppm to under 0.5 ppm, regulatory NEQS compliance went from intermittent to continuous.
A Karachi pharmaceutical plant added biocide to existing PAC and CPAM.
The plant ran PAC + CPAM in their primary ETP for two years on AAS supply, with persistent biofilm in the equalisation basin driving COD spikes during plant-shutdown windows. We added AD-402 at 50 ppm shock weekly into the equalisation. Biofilm cleared within 3 weeks, COD spike events stopped, and the regulatory effluent reports stopped having weekly outlier days.
MOQ, dispatch, terms on the bundle.
Three engagement shapes for ETP chemistry supply. Pricing is custom by SKU mix, monthly volume, and packaging; the quote returns within 2 business days with COA samples on all three chemistries.
Pricing bands are not published. Each ETP package quote is sized to monthly chemistry consumption, SKU mix, INCO, and packaging. The cost-in-use comparator at /calculators/cost-in-use/ runs delivered cost against your three-vendor incumbent on per-m³-effluent-treated basis.
The bundled ETP supply on this page is the SKU path: three chemistries, one PO cycle, one accountable vendor. The Textile ETP Programme adds the engineering wrap: SLA on chemistry availability, 99% uptime commitment, feedwater audit on commissioning, ops & maintenance retainer with quarterly site visit, escalation path from WhatsApp through to principal review with Shaanxi Ande on persistent chemistry drift.
If the ETP runs more than 50 m³/hr or feeds a regulatory-monitored discharge stream, the Programme path is usually the cleaner fit. The SKU bundle is the right shape for smaller duties or plants with their own ETP engineering team.
Optional add-ons by duty.
The three-chemistry bundle covers most textile and municipal ETP duties. Pharma, refinery-effluent, and high-metallurgy sites often add one or two more chemistries on top of the bundle.
ETP chemistry procurement, what to expect.
What chemicals make up a full ETP package in Pakistan?
A standard ETP package for Pakistani industrial effluent comprises three chemistries: PAC (polyaluminium chloride) as primary coagulant at 60 to 250 ppm, CPAM (cationic polyacrylamide) as flocculant and sludge dewatering aid at 0.5 to 4 ppm on liquor or 1 to 10 kg per dry tonne sludge, and AD-402 non-oxidizing fungicide for the equalisation basin at 30 to 80 ppm shock weekly. Bundled under one supply chain with single vendor accountability.
Why buy ETP chemicals as a bundle instead of separate SKUs?
Three reasons. First: vendor consolidation. ETP chemistry fragments across three or four vendors per duty without a bundle; each shrugs when the others' work doesn't hold. Second: KPI accountability. SKU sales land at the dose tank; programme bundles land at the KPI (COD reduction, sludge dry-solids, effluent turbidity). Third: supply continuity. We hold buffer stock in Karachi for the contracted SKU range, so a stock-out doesn't take the ETP off-line.
How quickly can you supply ETP chemicals in Pakistan?
PAC liquid 10% Al₂O₃ ships same business week (3 to 5 working days) ex-Karachi stock for up to 5 MT. CPAM (25 kg bag, MW 8 to 12 million) ships in 2 to 3 working days. AD-402 fungicide ships in 2 to 3 working days. For full ETP package orders (50+ MT/yr), factory-direct from Shaanxi Ande on 4-week production plus 21 to 35 days sea freight CIF Karachi.
What COD reduction do you target on the bundle?
On textile-mill effluent: 60% COD reduction across primary chemistry (PAC + CPAM), before biological polish. Settled-water turbidity ≤ 30 NTU into the MBR or aerobic train. Sludge dry-solids 22 to 28% after centrifuge or belt press depending on cationicity match. Colour removal ≥ 70% on standard reactive-dye mix. Each contract sizes the targets against the customer's specific feedwater, process duty, and effluent profile.
Do you provide a dosing programme with the ETP chemistry bundle?
Yes. Every order includes a written dosing programme sized to your effluent characterisation (COD, BOD, TSS, colour, salinity, pH). We run jar testing across PAC grades and CPAM cationicities to specify the exact chemistry sequence for your dye-house or process mix. Commissioning visit and quarterly KPI review bundled into recurring supply contracts within 250 km of Karachi.
How does this compare to ETP chemistry from local Pakistani blenders?
Local blenders often re-package imported Chinese material at heavy margin or formulate with inconsistent assay. We're the sole Pakistan agent of Shaanxi Ande, so the COA on every drum traces to the factory batch, not a Karachi mixer. Cost-in-use typically lands within 5% of local blender pricing but with assay stability, factory COA, and a single accountable vendor when the COD number moves.
Can I get samples of the full ETP bundle before signing?
Yes. We send 1 to 2 kg samples of PAC, CPAM, and AD-402 with matching COAs at no commercial commitment. Most plant chemists run a jar-test sequence against their current incumbent before signing. Sample dispatch is 2 to 3 working days from Karachi.
Send the effluent profile, get a bundled quote with KPI targets.
Three minutes of intake (effluent type, flow rate, current chemistry, COD/colour targets). Rayhan's team replies with a bundled quote across the three chemistries plus indicative KPI targets within 2 business days. Sample dispatch is 2 to 3 working days from Karachi.
