Faisalabad runs the densest textile cluster in Pakistan: roughly 60% of the country's spinning capacity sits inside the Lyallpur belt, with an estimated 310 million gallons per day of dye-house and finishing effluent leaving the city. Treated fraction is somewhere around 7%.

AAS supplies Shaanxi Ande PAC across two grade families: drinking-water-grade (Al₂O₃ ≥ 12% liquid, ≥ 32% solid) and industrial-grade (Al₂O₃ ≥ 10% liquid, ≥ 29% solid). Basicity tunable in the 60–85% range. Liquid drums (1.21 g/cm³) for direct dosing on existing flash-mix skids; solid form for sites that prefer on-site dissolution. - Stage: primary clarifier or coagulation/flocculation tank ahead of the dyehouse ETP.
- Function: charge-neutralises the negatively-charged colour bodies and suspended fibres in dye-house effluent. Bridges them into dense flocs that settle in 8–15 minutes at the typical rake-speeds used in Faisalabad ETPs.
- Dose range: 80–250 ppm depending on COD load, dye class (reactive vs disperse vs vat), and temperature. Jar-test on incoming effluent dictates the working dose; our applications engineer brings the kit on first visit.
- Pairing: typically followed by 0.5–2 ppm CPAM in the second flocculation tank for floc consolidation before secondary clarifier or DAF.
