Three days ago the city took a 250-MGD water shortfall, with Industrial Park Owners Association on record that prior shortfalls forced production halts at Steel Mill and Port Qasim. The cheapest OPEX win is a chemistry programme that holds scale at higher cycles of concentration without a board paper. Took over a 12,000 m³/h cooling tower from an incumbent supplier with persistent CaCO₃ scaling. Reformulated to AD-401 antiscalant + AD-303 corrosion inhibitor programme. Cycles of concentration moved 3.2 → 5.1 inside 90 days; programme has been running for 22 months without intervention.
