AAS took a 12,000 m³/h Karachi power-utility tower from 3.2 to 5.1 cycles on the AD-401 / AD-303 programme, with 22 months on dose and no scale-driven outage.
Dosing programme outline
Programme outline below is the AAS default for power plants applications. Final dose is set against the customer's source-water analysis, equipment metallurgy, and operating cycles. Every drum ships with a Certificate of Analysis; SDS is shipped pre-shipment for HSE-document review.

Why IPP cooling towers run their chemistry harder than refineries do
Thermal IPP cooling towers — combined-cycle gas, RFO-fired, coal — run higher cycles of concentration than refinery towers because the makeup-water cost line is on the operator's P&L, not on the parent's. A K-Electric CCPP cooling tower pushing 5.5 cycles on KW&SB-blend makeup will scale CaCO₃ aggressively if the antiscalant and dispersant pair are not matched against the makeup-water LSI. AAS programs are sized cycle-by-cycle, with the AD-401 antiscalant dose and AD-303 corrosion-inhibitor balance set against a current makeup-water analysis — not a generic recipe.
